The Saegertown Writers Groups meets at 7 pm on the second Thursday of every month. Each meeting begins with some information about writing resources and a writing exercise. Attendees may then share their own poetry, a short story, or an excerpt from a larger work. After each reading, everyone discusses the work.

All levels of writing are welcome, although some discretion in subject matter is advised.
